About Lost Cause Studios
Our Story
Lost Cause Studios, was founded and is owned by a graduate of Sheffield institute for the recording arts. We offer affordable tracking, mixing, and mastering services. We have a wide range of audio equipment including, a Behringer x32 mixing console, Mac computers, Microphones from audio technica, warm audio, shure, electrovoice, and many more. We have guitars, amps, bass guitars, a mapex mars pro drum kit (9 piece) and Menil classics custom dark cymbals, A kurizweil keyboard, Yamaha organ, as well as various other instruments to help facilitate your recording needs.

Hi, my name is Jim, the owner, founder, and audio engineer for Lost Cause Studios. I am a multi instrumentalist who is passionate about music. I graduated top of my class from Sheffield institute for the recording arts in 2008. I have been an audio engineer for quite some time now and I am determined to make lost cause studios a chill, laid back environment for artists to have their musical ideas tracked, mixed and mastered with professionalism at a professional quality level, without the professional price point.
